I came to the Cleveland area in 1993. At that time, I had an Associate's Degree in Communications and started working for Ernst & Young. I was employed there seven years and have done just about every type of administrative and technology position you could think of. I had the opportunity to design and teach technology classes to other professionals, those people right out of college through new partners. But, alas, the position had to come to an end. In 2001, I was laid off from my position and unable to get a new position in technology. I ended up working for Cuyahoga Community College in an administrative role, with my technology skills as a backbone for my employment. After two years, I left the college. Faced without a job, I was given the unique opportunity to return to college and complete my Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. I graduated with honors, 3.63 GPA and focused on writing and editing for my degree. I have always helped others learn topics that were difficult for them. I continue these skills today as individuals continue to ask for assistance. I like to help people and rarely tell anyone no. I can help you too!
